Description of problem:
Plasma 5.21.2 should be included in the Fedora 34 Beta as it includes a large number of relevant fixes for Plasma Wayland session.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 34-beta by Fedora user ngompa using the blocker tracking app because:

 This gives us our best foot forward for the Fedora 34 Beta, given the changes in Plasma we are doing this cycle.

This was briefly voted on informally at the end of the Go/No-Go meeting today; lruzicka, pwhalen, frantisekz, bcotton and copperi all voted +1. I'm also +1 since we have a slip. That's +6 and even if we still count sgallagh's -1, total is +5. So marking accepted.
