python-neovim is currently available on EPEL7 but not on EPEL8. I just tried a mock build and it seems to work file on el8 as well, could you please branch and build it? Also happy to do this myself if you prefer, just add me as a co-maintainer for the branch in case (FAS: dcavalca). Thanks!
