If you do `dnf module list` on Rawhide, dwm does not appear at all. It's just not there.

I think that nobody rebuilt the module for F35 <https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=11066>. Relengs were supposed to do the mass rebuild, but they did not.
