Adam created a staging pipeline for OpenQA to test my scratch build with the fix and that pipeline did succeeded. https://openqa.stg.fedoraproject.org/tests/overview.html?distri=fedora&version=34&build=Kojitask-65800229-NOREPORT&groupid=2 FEDORA-2021-71ddc3d955 has been pushed to the Fedora 35 stable repository.
