Add blockers specific to architectures.

As noted, upstream has arch-specific code and only supports x86_64.

It is likely that aarch64 will be officially supported in the future, and a build is reportedly already possible with a moderate amount of patching. See https://github.com/PixarAnimationStudios/USD/issues/1256. I am not convinced this is worth attempting in Fedora.

It is unlikely that s390x, ppc64le, or any 32-bit architecture will ever be supported.
