Package pcs fails to build from source in Fedora rawhide.

After a failed build https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/10349232 on 2021-05-19 there are two successful builds https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/10370298 and https://koschei.fedoraproject.org/build/10388257 on 2021-05-24 and 2021-05-27, respectively.

The build failed in pcs tests when comparing XML fragments. Following builds passed with no changes to pcs. Maybe an issue with an XML library?
