Description of problem:

When installing kdevelop-libs-9:5.5.0-3.el8.x86_64 package from epel
in CentOS Linux release 8.4.2105 the following dependency is not found:

  - nothing provides libclang.so.9()(64bit) needed by kdevelop-libs-9:5.5.0-3.el8.x86_64
  - nothing provides libclang.so.9(LLVM_9)(64bit) needed by kdevelop-libs-9:5.5.0-3.el8.x86_64

To access epel repository the following package was installed:

epel-release-8-8.el8.noarch
