Description of problem:
UI breaks for topology nodes which doesn't have a SideBar

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):
Steps to Reproduce
Click a Node that doesn't have SideBar
Actual results:
UI breaks for topology nodes which doesn't have a SideBar

Expected results:
UI shouldn't break and a Default SideBar should be show for that Node
