Can't get this done until BZ 2026630 is fixed.

Error:
 Problem: package python3-msrest-0.6.21-4.fc35.noarch requires python3dist(aiohttp), but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides (python3.10dist(async-timeout) < 4 with python3.10dist(async-timeout) >= 3) needed by python3-aiohttp-3.7.4-3.fc35.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
