f35 ships maven-shared-utils-3.3.4 which includes the fix for this CVE. Feel free to close as NOTABUG if needed.

Confirmed that F35 ships with that version.
Checked sources of the package and they do already contain the fix.

Fedora 34 ships maven-shared-utils version 3.2.1, which is vulnerable.
Fedora 34 is still supported, please fix it.
