Please fix matrix-synapse at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
matrix-synapse will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 38,
matrix-synapse will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.

Actually the synapse tests don't need pympler at runtime, it's just an optional dependency for an experimental memory tracking config that probably no Fedora users ever need to turn on. So we can just drop it from BuildRequires to get synapse building again.
