We try to keep as close as possible provided wlroots and other components are compatible. In Fedora, only gamescope depends on that library, so it should theoretically by a viable option for stable Fedora release too. Other components should be new enough in f36 if I am not missing anything. I am just more cautious in these situations. Neal, do you have any opinions about bumping it in f36 too? I introduced libliftoff for gamescope, so it should be fine to update them together.
