https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=103695501

For details on the mass rebuild see:

Please fix python-sqlalchemy-utils at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
python-sqlalchemy-utils will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 40,
python-sqlalchemy-utils will be retired, if it still fails to build.

I merged the PR eventually, and building here:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=104251046

That will fix our Copr CI again against Rawhide.

Feel free to close this bug as resolved, or revert the PR and submit
a proper fix.
