perl-Minion-10.28-1.fc41 does not provide "perl(Minion)", as it should. This makes openQA uninstallable: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2268081

The previous build, perl-Minion-10.25-6.fc40 , had all these provides:

perl(Minion) = 10.25
perl(Minion::Backend)
perl(Minion::Backend::Pg)
perl(Minion::Command::minion)
perl(Minion::Command::minion::job)
perl(Minion::Command::minion::worker)
perl(Minion::Iterator)
perl(Minion::Job)
perl(Minion::Worker)
perl(Mojolicious::Plugin::Minion)
perl(Mojolicious::Plugin::Minion::Admin)

10.28-1.fc41 has none of them.

Sorry, I'm not sure what I was thinking when I released that package.
Fixed in perl-Minion-10.28-2.fc41.
