cobbler-debuginfo 1.6.5-1.fc* is empty.  Should the debuginfo package be disabled?  See bug 496968 for more info.

I've added the global debug disable to the specfile as indicated by the packaging page linked in the above bug.

Fixed for 1.6.6, which is pushing today.
