Please fix this ASAP, it is causing broken deps in the soon-to-be-released F-13:

I am working with the blahtexml developer to get it built against the newer xerces-c. Should be done next week, hopefully earlier.

Thanks for the heads-up.  Good to know somebody's working on it.  Hopefully will be in time for the Alpha or the Beta at the very least.
