Description of problem:
In the custom layout screen, ext3 partitions on a device are shown as MS-DOS and you can't edit them

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
13.29

How reproducible:
all versions to date

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get to custom layout screen, select the ext3 partition
2. click edit
3.
  
Actual results:
get an edit screen with mount greyed out.  Only allowed to to format it.

Expected results:
ext3 partitions show as ext3 and you can edit them.
