Description of problem:
In Rawhide and F-18:

This problem is preventing scipy from being rebuilt for Python 3.3, which is in turn preventing me from rebuilding my package, python-cvxopt, for Python 3.3.

* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing numpy-1.6.2-6.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
