This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 20 development cycle.
Changing version to '20'.

It's a simple fix. It's because of the new pkgdocdir change

Committed Ankur's fix to Rawhide and sent a build, will also do an F20 build+update.
