The rawhide fedora-ds-base ftbfs citing:

configure: error: LDAPSDK not found, specify with --with-ldapsdk-inc|-lib|-bin.

fedora-ds-base-1.2.0 is very old (6 years).  It is not expected to build on current Fedora versions.  Is there any particular reason you are trying to build it instead of something more current?  This package has been replaced by 389-ds-base, which should build fine.
