Description of problem:
Grub will wait at boot until enter is pressed.  This happens during installation with the DVD and also during system booting up

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot the system

Expected results:
Continue booting after some timeout value has been reached.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
