Description of problem:

An attempt to update a texlive installation on rawhide results in 191 messages like this:

  file /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/fonts/afm/public/fonts-tlwg/garuda.afm from install of texlive-fonts-tlwg-3:svn33209.0.6.0-12.fc21.noarch conflicts with file from package texlive-tlwg-2:svn29349.0.5.1-22.fc20.noarch
....
  file /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/fonts-tlwg/lthwaree.fd from install of texlive-fonts-tlwg-3:svn33209.0.6.0-12.fc21.noarch conflicts with file from package texlive-tlwg-2:svn29349.0.5.1-22.fc20.noarch

and the whole transaction predictably just fails.

Error mesages are somewhat inscrutable actually installed was texlive-fonts-tlwg-svn30477.0.5.1-8.fc21.noarch so from where is coming "texlive-tlwg-2:svn29349.0.5.1-22.fc20.noarch"?

Forcing an installation of texlive-fonts-tlwg-svn33209.0.6.0-12.fc21.noarch with 'rpm --force ...' allows to proceed.

A closer inspection confirms there was indeed installe a package texlive-fonts-tlwg-svn30477.0.5.1-8.fc21.noarch but also,
from older times, texlive-tlwg-svn29349.0.5.1-22.fc20.noarch.  Both apparently provide the same files and the second one was never obsoleted and it caused conflict on updates.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
