Description of problem:
Please could you build dpkg for EPEL7?  It's a dependency of freight.

Sorry for delay did you test it if compile out of the box ?

I hadn't, and testing it reveals that it fails on ppc64 due to bug #1153605 (missing po4a on ppc64).  Otherwise on x86_64 it compiles just fine.
