Description of problem:
An attempt to add a DASD disk in anaconda GUI fails with following traceback:

anaconda 21.48.9-1 exception report
Traceback (most recent call first):
  File "/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/pyanaconda/ui/gui/spokes/filter.py", line 580, in on_add_dasd_clicked
    with enlightbox(self.window, dialog.window):
NameError: global name 'enlightbox' is not defined

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start vnc installation
2. go to the Installation destination spoke
3. Add a disk...
4. Add ECKD DASD...

Actual results:
traceback

Expected results:
no traceback after clicking on the "Add ECKD DASD..." button
