Description of problem:
Hinting issue for Lohit-Tamil 2.91.0.Glyphs not rendered properly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open font in gnome font-viewer and observe rendering.

Actual results:
Hinting issue so glyphs not rendered properly.

Expected results:
Glyphs rendered properly
