Description of problem:
I think texlive-titlecaps package is missing a dependency.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Cannot \usepackage{titlecaps} without installing another package.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install texlive-titlecaps
2. Create TeX document with \usepackage{titlecaps}
3. build TeX document

Actual results:
...
(/usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/titlecaps/titlecaps.sty

! LaTeX Error: File `ifnextok.sty' not found.

Type X to quit or <RETURN> to proceed,
...

Expected results:
I'm not sure, but I think installing this package should cause install of texlive-ifnextok package.
