Description of problem:
The texlive-xwatermark package depends on texlive-ltxkeys but the later is not automatically installed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
texlive-xwatermark-svn28090.1.5.2d-1.1.fc21.noarch

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.make sure texlive-ltxkeys is not installed
2.run pdflatex on simple latex document using \usepackage{xwatermark}
3.

Actual results:
error message about missing ltxkeys.sty
