Description of problem:

fawkes does not build on aarch64 architecture for several reasons. All of them are related to fact that only x86-64 is treated as 64bit so (for example) /usr/lib is used instead of /usr/lib64 when code checks for tolua++ libraries.

Attached patch adds two patches and all spec changes.

I also unified check for openni (in)capable archs but this one needs fixing as I got it wrong somewhere. Adding anyway because I am going for 2 weeks of holidays so better share now than later.
