This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle.
Changing version to '23'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 23 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 23 End Of Life. Thank you.)

Taking.

This package FTBFS'ed, because it's GNUmakefile did not receive RPM_OPT_FLAGS.

On Fedora < 23 this did not raise an FTBFS even though these packages likely were miscompiled.

I am going to apply a patch to the spec.

BTW: There seems to be a newer version (0.9.4) out than what is shipped in your package: http://wxcode.sourceforge.net/components/wxpdfdoc/

However, I haven't looked into that version and do not know about what has changed, been broken or improved ;)
