free42 1.5+ ships and builds with prebuilt gtk/*.a libraries, this is not allowed:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#No_inclusion_of_pre-built_binaries_or_libraries

Unfortunately these binaries cannot be built from source available in the upstream tarball. Seems that this is intentional:

The 1.5+ builds should therefore probably be pulled.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 23 development cycle.
Changing version to '23'.

(As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 23 development
cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 23 End Of Life. Thank you.)
