This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

For the record - same failures are present on the s390x platform and we were said the test-suite is incorrect for big endian platforms.

Tests are disabled for ppc so closing this bug.
