A new bugfix release of xfce4-power-manager was released [1,2]. Some of the fixes might address problems reported by Fedora users [3]. It would be nice to have these fixes in Fedora. So please provide rpm packages for at least Fedora 23, 24 and rawhide.

Yes, we know... it looks like this was built for f24/f23, but never pushed as a update for some reason. 

nonamedotc: Any reason not to push these out ?

1.6 also takes a while to appear in tray icon after boot, while 1.5.2 appears instantly.

I did some more tests with xfce4-power-manager-1.6.0-3.fc23 and stumbled about the following regression: 
* It takes ~10 sec. after reboot and login to appear in notification area.
* It takes ~2-3 sec to come up with a dialogue after right clicking the icon in notification area. 

Both worked instantly for me with xfce4-power-manager-1.5.2-6

Can somebody please confirm this behaviour change? I would then fill an upstream report.

Yeah, I can confirm the slowness. Not sure why it's doing that, but if you are willing to file upstream and tell us the bug back here that would be great!
