It fails also on ppc64/ppc64le and aarch64 after postgresql-odbc-09.05.0210-1.fc25

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.

I've back-ported upstream patches and after quick testing, it looks we could
close this bug.  Dan, can you please build and close?
