Description of problem:
Hello, 

the cinnamon brightness manager doesn't work in my new upgrade to fedora 24. 

I got to set brightness with writing /sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness. It is the only solution which work. The screen brightness is impossible to change since the applet or from the control center.

Actual results:
Brightness doesn't change when using applet or from control center or shortcut key (fn)

Expected results:
adjust brightness from applet or shortcut or control center
