Description of problem:
this happened under normal operation
SELinux is preventing iptables.init from 'execute_no_trans' accesses on the file /usr/bin/plymouth.

If you believe that iptables.init should be allowed execute_no_trans access on the plymouth file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:

# semodule -X 300 -i my-iptablesinit.pp
