Description of problem: One dependency is not installed automatically resulting in an error when running luaotfload-tool

Note that the bug's component should maybe be texlive-luaotfload-bin but bugzilla didn't offer this choice.

How reproducible: every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install texlive-luaotfload-bin
2. run $ luaotfload-tool --update


Actual results: This error message is printed
    /usr/bin/luaotfload-tool:190: module 'alt_getopt' not found:
            no field package.preload['alt_getopt']
            [kpse lua searcher] file not found: 'alt_getopt'
            [kpse C searcher] file not found: 'alt_getopt'


Expected results: No error message


Additional info: Fixed by installing texlive-lua-alt-getopt
