This was triggered by python2 being removed from the default buildroot since this was last built.  Given that the plugin itself switched to python3 all the way back in 3.8[1], this is actually long overdue.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 26 development cycle.
Changing version to '26'.
