Dist-Git patch to add pkgconfig file to LMDB

Description of problem:
LMDB does not have a pkgconfig file for build systems like Meson to be able to pick up the library and use it correctly.

This is especially a problem because appstream-generator[1] uses Meson and expects a pkgconfig file to exist to be able to build against it.

Please apply the attached Dist-Git patch and build packages for Rawhide and F26 that include the pkgconfig file.

Additional info:
Arch and Debian already include a pkgconfig file so that they can build appstream-generator with it. The attached patch provides a slightly adapted version of the pc file shipped by them.
