When attempting to install the "xfce" group, the dependency solver reports that package 'xfce4-mixer-4.10.0-7.el7.x86_64' cannot be installed because of an unsatisfied dependency on ''.  The currently posted 'libxfce4util' package ['libxfce4util-4.12.1-2.el7.x86_64'] provides ''.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): xfce4-mixer-4.10.0-7.el7.x86_64

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run 'yum -y groupinstall xfce'

Actual results:
*** snip snip ***
Error: Package: xfce4-mixer-4.10.0-7.el7.x86_64 (epel)
 You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
 You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest
*** snip snip ***

Expected results: Successful install

oh yeah, this was never rebuilt for xfce 4.12 unfortunately.

But, since it's already present in the repos (upstream prefers xfce4-pulseaudio-plugin), I will rebuild this.

Perhaps, we should remove it out of the comps ...

I'd be fine with removing the mixer component from the group altogether.
