Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install updates

Actual results:
dnf gives an error message (see https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/poppler-0.52.0-8.fc26#comment-676204). If I add "--best --allowerasing" to dnf's cli as suggested by dnf, it wants to uninstall poppler-qt5 completely and all of its dependencies including (but not limited to) dolphin, plasma-desktop and plasma-workspace, which is unacceptable.

Expected results:
Install update just fine. Keep providing the -qt5 subpackage.

Additional info:
Getting this issue fixed is urgent because this bug blocks fixing several CVEs (see bug #1494583, bug #1499168, bug #1499906, bug #1500326).
