After upgrading python2-fasteners from 0.14.1-9.fc27 to 0.14.1-10.fc27, it gets displayed as a downgrade

Description of problem:
After updating, I detected a false downgrade

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rpm-4.14.0-2.fc27.x86_64
dnf-2.7.5-2.fc27.noarch
PackageKit-1.1.8-1.fc27.x86_64
gnome-software-3.26.5-1.fc27.x86_64

How reproducible: When version changes amount of digits, as it seems. See attachment.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade & reboot process
2. Check upgrades, if you're lucky enough, you'll upgrade
3.

Actual results:
Wrong downgrade detected

Expected results:
No downgrades really happened.
