This is still blocked by the inkscape bug.

Dear Maintainer,

your package has not been built successfully in F28. Action is required from you.

If you can fix your package to build, perform a build in koji, and either create
an update in bodhi, or close this bug without creating an update, if updating is
not appropriate [1]. If you are working on a fix, set the status to ASSIGNED to acknowledge this. Following the latest policy for such packages [2], your package will be orphaned if this bug remains in NEW state more than 8 weeks.

The bug is blocked  by a bug in inkscape that I lack the power to fix.

Also, the icons have no runtime deps that would blockt he old builds to be installed.

I'd rather not orpahn it, so I'm setting to ASSIGNED not to confuse your scripts. However mind that ASSIGNED here means: waiting for a different fix.

This built in rawhide. I'm closing as wontfix becasue i don't think at this point it is necessary to build for f28.
