Description of problem:
nut depends on libfreeipmi.so.13 provided by RHEL 7.4's freeipmi-1.2.9-8.el7. RHEL 7.5 rebases this to libfreeipmi.so.17 provided by freeipmi-1.5.7-2.el7.

2.7.2-3.el7

How reproducible:
Install nut package on a RHEL 7.4 system via EPEL7, then attempt to upgrade to RHEL 7.5.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a RHEL 7.4 system with EPEL7.
2. Install nut package from EPEL.
3. Run "yum update" to upgrade to RHEL 7.5.

Actual results:
The yum update fails with conflicts between freeipmi and nut.

Expected results:
The yum update succeeds.
