Please fix NearTree at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
NearTree will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 29,
NearTree will be retired, if it still fails to build.

NearTree was built for f28 [1] and rawhide [2]. Soname bump was involved so I wouldn't push it to updates.
