5minute failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide

For details on the mass rebuild see:
Please fix 5minute at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
5minute will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
5minute will be retired, if it still fails to build.

In upstream they are not using it now anyway. Removed from specs and it is building now.
