Please fix kde-runtime at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
kde-runtime will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
kde-runtime will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This breaks smb: file access for kdelibs4 applications. Can we not make this work again?

   Needed to build the SMB kioslave

smbclient itself has been found though and I see both functions defined in libsmbclient.h (but marked as deprecated) as well as the symbols in libsmbclient.so.0. Some bug in cmake logic to find it?
