 - This is not needed anymore:

%post -p /sbin/ldconfig

%postun -p /sbin/ldconfig

 If you plan to support Fedora 27, add %ldconfig_scriptlets instead. Otherwise just remove it.

 - Add gcc-c++ as a BR

 - In order to avoid unintended SONAME bump, globbing the major SONAME version of a library is now forbidden. Instead be more specific:

%{_libdir}/lib*.so.1
%{_libdir}/lib*.so.1.*

 - Consider asking upstream for a License file

  BuildRequires against gcc, gcc-c++ or clang.
  Note: No gcc, gcc-c++ or clang found in BuildRequires
  See: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:C_and_C%2B%2B
- ldconfig not called in %post and %postun for Fedora 28 and later.
  Note: /sbin/ldconfig called in deepin-network-utils
  See: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Removing_ldconfig_scriptlets
