Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 29-final by Fedora user pbrobinson using the blocker tracking app because:

 CVE-2018-10933, libssh is shipped in every Fedora release artifact due to being used by libcurl and libvirt. So while it's mostly client side bits it's probably useful we don't ship GA live/cloud/arm/container images with known CVEs
