Description of problem:
When I try to install Fedora 30 using kickstart that contains package group
@engineering-and-scientific --optional
then I get the following error:
  - nothing provides ladspa-swh-plugins needed by jamin-0.97.16-18.20111031cvs.fc30.x86_64

1. Kickstart Installation of Fedora 30 with 
@engineering-and-scientific --optional
in %packages part
