It looks like the last Sourceforge release was lcov 1.14-1. Confer, http://ltp.sourceforge.net/coverage/lcov.php and http://downloads.sourceforge.net/ltp/lcov-1.14-1.noarch.rpm .

Fedora 29, x86_64 is shipping with lcov 1.13.
